Its crap. If a modern engine suffered from the things that claims to fix - you'd need more than that shite to fix it. Use only the best oil, change it regularly, let the car warm up and down properly - thats all you need.
Sorry, but talk is cheap. The placebo effect is a wonderful thing - that they get an extra 10bhp and better throttle response within 2 mins of half a tank of Optimax.

no no defo no if i'm right in thinking then this will remove carbon deposits within the engine then that carbon flows through the engine and have seen it block up hla's oil jets etc
as a master tech i would defo say no no no no no especially on modern engines!!!
