Ambient lighting/hybrid battery

Hi all, I’m new to the group and a Seat in general.
Just purchased 2020 Seat Leon FR hybrid.

when I got it home I realised it had got a pending recall, I booked it in today, apparently it’s something to do with the hybrid battery, as anyone else had this done?
Secondly, my ambient lighting is stressing me out, if I factory reset the infotainment system the door lights come on red(I don’t like red) and they stay on whenever the lights come on. But if I change the brightness, they go white and when I get in the car again after the ignition as been off I have to turn them on manually every time. Is there a software update for this or a workaround?

and thirdly, it looks like it as the coast to coast lighting but no function to turn this on, can this be activated?

sorry for the long thread, and thanks in advance.

I have they hybrid but it's a cupra 23 plate. Not had any recalls other than a recent airbag one. Sorry.
Sounds like something isn't right with the lighting - do you have the option to change the colours and change the 'themes' (can't remember the actual title!) I think mine has drive profile, individual, calm and a few others? Might be worth checking which software version you have and comparing it to other Leon hybrid owners. Did you mention the problem to the garage when you booked it in for the recall?

Thanks for your reply. Yeah I’ve mentioned it to the garage but it doesn’t go in until the 6th December. It’s so frustrating, and now my pre conditioning as an issue. No matter what temperature I set it to on the app it says cooling, so high temperature and still cooling, I get in the car and it’s blowing cold air around.
