I've recently done the deal on swapping our Altea 2.0 TDI 140 Sport, for a 4 month old (62 plate) Altea XL 1.6 TDI Ecomotive with only delivery miles. I had a (very) quick test drive of it and came away happy with my purchase. I should pick it up in about a week's time.
However, having read a bit more info about the car I've seen reference to it having stop/start. Now when I test drove it - this never happened (I'm sure I would have noticed). Me and the salesman even swapped seats with the engine running and the engine never stopped.
So my first question is - do some Ecomotive models not have stop/start? I also never noticed the gear shift up indicator, but then I wasn't watching the dash all that much tbh.
Second question - the steering wheel has a "phone" button on it - does that mean it has bluetooth connection?
It's pointless me asking the salesman at the car supermarket where we've had it from - he didn't even know what "showroom tax" was, and knew even less about the actual car and what it came with![Roll Eyes  ](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
