I drove past my local dealer the other day. They had a black Altea out the front but didn't stop so can't be sure if it was an XL or not, I know it wasn't an FR, because the front bumper was the same as mine.
What caught my eye though was the chrome lip around the bottom half of the lower front grille. I guess it was about a centimetre wide narrowing at the top. I've not seen these on any others, does anyone know which model this might be? And whether the chrome lip it available an accessory?
Whilst I am at it, I see that Seat offer a front grill in honeycombe. This must the main grille, has anyone got one? Seen one? Got any pictures? I'm temped but I'd be nice to see a picture and there isn't one on the web site.
Finally, I've just purchased a set of instrument pod chrome rings off Ebay from germany. They look good in the pictures, will let you know exactly how good they are when they arrive.
