Altea 1.9Ltdi clutch master cylinder replacement.

Has anyone replaced the master or slave clutch cylinder on a 2009 model Altea 1.9L turbo diesel and made a guide up, taken pics, or have any tips?

Had a look under the bonnet and the master especially looks a nightmare as the manifolds are right above it.

Also is the slave on the 1.9 diesel internal to the clucth/gearbox housing, or external?
