I've had my Cupra Formentor now for just over two years. Love the car, drives really well, I think it's great. However, the last two nights the alarm has gone off at 10:30pm. Exact same time. First time it went off for an unknown reason. Second night was due to an internal motion sensor (I have absolutely nothing in the car that could have caused it). I have NEVER had this happen before. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and, if you have, what you did to fix it?!?

If an internal motion sensor has detected movement, you might have an ‘unwanted guest’ in your car - something like a spider or flying insect large enough to be detected by a sensor.
I’ve seen this reported on forums in the past as the cause of setting off car alarms.

Usually moths at this time of the year, had it myself once, quick squirt of fly spray into the motor did the trick.
