Installed a boost gauge today on an LCR and after turning it on the airbag light was on. Not sure what could have caused this. Was thinking it could have been the fact i removed the glovebox and disconnected all the wires and had the car running during this time as the passenger airbag switch is located here.
Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance

Not yet going to a specialist tommorow hopefully to get it cleared. Assuming that the light stays on until its cleared and there isnt an actual fault.

Gonna hijack this thread but i have the same issue but after taking the glovebox out to reach the heater fan.

I had the airbag light come on after but got it cleared...except it came back the same day.

Im planning on getting it cleared, disconnecting the battery and checking the connectors even though i was careful to make sure they were properly connected before reassembling.

Anyone got any other tricks to try? Should i turn the passenger airbag before the work off via the switch in the glovebox too?
