Air con problem

Hi, I need to re-gas my 2001 Ibiza Cupra, does anybody know how much gas the system holds or where I can find this out without the hassle of speaking to a main dealer? i.e, is there anywhere on the car I should be looking?
Any help appriciated.

halfords do it now for about 40notes... thats just a canister not a proper machine so don't know how long it'll last mate

I'd say 750-800g of R134a isn't usless!!
