I had my car serviced last month, and after i noticed not much air was coming out of the vents and i could hear air coming from under the passenger foootwell. I assume this is where the filter is thay changed.
Iv just had a look and on a rectangular shaped bit of plastic there were two bits if plastic loose that iv put back in place and stopped most of the air noise bit i can still feel air coming out there somewhere. Do they have to unscrew the whole thing when they change the filter or just the two bits i fastened back in place, is a little bit of air coming out there normal?

the air direction is not on your feet is it as you can have it coming out of every vent all at once
air shouldnt be coimng out of it around the filter its self though

You pull those 2 little tabs apart to remove the pollen filter - make sure theyre securely in place.

The only thing you need to remove to change the filter is the plastic trim underneath the glove box - thats 3 Torx 20 screws and a clip. Make sure you fasten the clip properly otherwise your glovebox wont open properly!

You might feel a little air as the wents are never 100% blocked, even when you put it in the windscreen, 5% or so will still come out thru the middle and lower vents
