lo peops hope somene can help just been driving my mk2 ibiza and noticed today that the air bag symbol is light up all the time now and doesnt go off at all i know for certain that the car hasnt been bumped other than that not sure any hel p would be gratefull thanks

It could be the air bag seal. Not sure why it would go on without a bump but thats what was wrong with mine when the airbag light stayed on all the time.

The airbag has explosive charges in it that make it come through the steering wheel, apparently these can fail and that causes the light to come on, you can either get it fixed or just pull the plug out of the back of the light

take the battery out for a couple of hours.

not recommended, perhaps get it looked at or get a new wheel?
Dont want to be driving and have it explode
