Good morning all,
I am sure this has been covered before but have tried searching and not found anything.
I have a Ibiza Cupra with the new wheel and steering wheel controls, i am thinking about putting in my pioneer deh 8600 stereo, is there a way to retain the steering wheel controls and also to keep the aux input working.

also is it possible to get the aux input for the ipod to go into the pioneer ipod controller and then onto the stereo?

thanks for any guidance or pointers of where to find this information,

p.s. if i can't do it make me an offer for the stereo:whistle:

you could take your centre console apart.

Then using a 3.5inch to phono lead(available from maplins)

remove the connection to the aux input in the centre console

cut the 3.5inch head off the maplins lead strip down the cables and solder them onto the aux in jack, connect the phono connectors to your headunit and bobs you uncle custom aux in jack!!

(i have never attempted this, and accept no liability for you breaking your car)

in theory this should work though.
