Aftermarket stereo

Hi new to the forum and to seats, just bought my first car (Ibiza, 1.9 diesel, year 2000) and I'm wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to install an aftermarket stereo? The radio/heating controls are all one unit so I am wondering if anyone on here has successfully installed a new radio. Thank you!
