AMD Essex are doing a good deal on the AP coilovers - £440 including fitting and 4 wheel alignment :)

Yea that's a good price for the FKs. Does the fitting price include 4 wheel alignment?

Was going to suggest the FK sport edition plus, but looks like i dont need to. Good choice. Im running them on mine and have no complaints. Cost for fitting sounds very cheap.

Its not bad to be fair. There are six settings on each damper, 1 to 6. If i remember correctly 1 is the hardest setting. thats what i have mine set to and it isnt too bad. Nice and firm. I originally had it set on 6 when they first went on the car and it was shocking. Every bump the car would start to bounce. Not good. You might not want them as hard as setting 1 but to be fair ive had it like that for a few months now and it doesnt seem that bad.

how much did you pay tom and how long did it take?

Paid £450ish for the coilovers then fitted them myself.

Recieved the coilovers within a few working days, then took a few hours to fit.
