Fitted my lowering springs few weeks ago and noticed that the shocks on the front were pretty much buggered but decided on putting the springs on.

Had a full service at AMD on monday and they are definatly past it.

Has anyone got the part numbers, when ever I ring up a seat dealer I always get an asshole on the phone who isn't very helpful to say the least!

Just need the shock part numbers if anyone has them, have checked the part numbers thread and not in there so once i do have them i will try get them added :)

Also done a rolling road and came out at 202bhp / 260lbs/ft so happy with that :D
