Aero wipers...again

Got my rear aero wiper today and fitted it but doesnt look quite right. It wont fit flat along the bottom of the rear screen .

Can anyone post a pic of their rear aero equipped Mk2 so i can see the comparison.

This one (mk3??) has the wiper situated in bottom of rear window whereas mine MK2 has the wiper sitting below the rear window so has to be put on at an angle. Is this correct or am i missing something.

mk2 has an angled wiper arm ie as your arm is angled up, then angled down to lay horizontal approx where the dark line on you pic is

Was wondering if i could reverse the polarity of the rear wiper motor so that the blade will sweep from left to right(instead of right to left to) so that the wiper will sit in a more horizontal position but on the oppositr side when not in use?

switching the polarities could be tried... you wont get it sitting flush like the mk3 however on that side, as the wiper hole is in the bodywork not the window. It looks as if it may sit flush on the other side tho, so worth a try with the polarities
