Aero fitting prob, any help !

I fitted my aero wipers today Lupo git drivers side x2 but they hit the plastic that sits under the windscreen dose this hapen to any one else? how have you over come this or do you just live with it? its not to bad and only just tuches when the arm is upright.

i dont have that problem and thats exactly what i've got, the arm's fit perfect do you want a pic? The arm's get close to the plastic but mine defo don't touch

Mine touch, ever so slightly, think you need to seat them a little lower, thas all.

How do you mean seat them lower? if i move them round they will go off the windscreen when they are not used, if that makes sens.

they need to sit right on the bottom of the screen, otherwise they will catch the scuttle panel

Is that piece of arm solid or shaped metal, if its solid id get a file on it and rip it down slightly.

i cant remember but i wouldednt want to take the paint off it with a file, they sit fine when not used nice and close to the scuttle panel, i can live with it as its not to bad but just wondered what others had.

I'll take some close up pics tomoz for you olly, the only pic i got is probably not much use, mine are sat as close as possible to the plastic panel, if that makes any sence

i think iv got 2 passenger arms as i got a lupo pair then thought the longer one was the drivers so orderd another one of them silly me so im going to have to play around with them and see what i can do.

i thought it was odd u said u had to cut the drivers side blade???

dont wast more money tho mate, just sort it out with wat ya got
