Aerial Question

So i got back to my car today and noticed the aerial was flat, i think some little ******* has snapped it because it wont fit properly up but i put it up and when i got out it was flat again so i think the ******* has broken it. Is there anyway to fix it with glue or anything or will i need a replacement?

Have you tried screwing it back in ? - I beleive that even after unscrewing the ariel it takes a good tug to get it loose.

Glad to help - I remember reading in another thread about a guy who unscrewed the ariel and couldn't get it off.

The advice was to give it a real hard pull after unscrewing it.

Apparently it's a safety thing so it can't fall off if it unscrews it's self.
