Hi,new to the forum,I went today to get a tow bar fitted to my Leon FR 150 Tdi and was told by (I think)Whitworth tow bars that they don't do one for this model, they do one for a Leon but not the FR,something to do with the base plate they use is too wide for the FR?!
I rang the garage where I bought the car from(Seat Dealership) and the lad I spoke to in the parts dept.said he had one frm a 2002 Leon which he said should fit but wasn't sure if the floor plan was a VW Golf or an Audi A3:wtf:

Maybe an aftermarket one but seat don't do one

Seeing as the FR TDi is so powerfull low end you would have thourght they would as it would be a great towing car!

Seems abit of a shame for a car with as much torque, would it be ok for a trailer with a couple of m/bikes on though?
Saying that I was thinking of getting a 2 berth caravan aswell:shrug:
