Advice for Leon TDI upgrades

Hi guys new to this forum and to seat as well.

Recently got my hands on a Mk1 Leon 110 Tdi, after driving enthusiastically for an hour i over heated my brakes and brake fade was terible. My friend said that the 312mm ? is the most popular upgrade as its a pretty straight forward ?

Just after some advice really on what parts i need to buy for the brakes.

Im probably going to get some coil overs as well but having a quick look under the car the sump looks VERY low i know thes a big skid pan there but its got me worried, has any body had problems lowering their leons ?

I would prefer to get the handling and braking sorted out first before going for power but i think ill go for T4 nozzles with a 150 turbo miltek and remap.

Thanks Lewis

A TDI 110 owner myself, I've thought about lowering, but I've decided against it. Roads here in Macedonia are effing terrible and speedbumps would be the death of the car. The car is fairly low as it is - only yesterday I heard the dreaded metal-on-concrete-scrape-of-doom noise while exiting an underground car park - so I'd advise against it.

Brake upgrade would be good though - thinking about it myself. Though I can't afford it. If you want to tidy up the handling, you might wanna check some front and rear strut bars.
