Some help please guys,

Firstly I can't save sent PMs even if I check the box, and now the view has changed. I've always had it grey background now it's white and i can't find my way around

Where the hell is the new posts button to view the latest threads?

I don't think you can save PM's and haven't been able to for a while (not something I had a hand in editting... but I endeavour to not use PM's either)
