Just fitted these, not too bad needed a little double sided tape and a better hex key than the one supplied.

Where did you get them? I think they might actually be too big!? But agree the OEM ones are a bit small.

Look good 👍🏼 I had these on my Leon Cupra when I bought it. Had to take em off. Got in the way of the stalks day-to-day.

Little too big for me but I do like the style / colour if they were a tad smaller.

OEM ones are stupidly small

I (Finally) Fitted the Front Mud Flaps to Foxi at the weekend, didn't need to remove the Front wheel like wot the instructions said.

Nevertheless a nice job done before Winter...

Speaking of Winter...

Invested in a 'custom' cover before the Next Heavy Bombardment happens circa Nov 5th 😕

Not bad for £60 - catches feel very flimsy, mind.

but I only really want it to protect from rocket fire and fallout from the 'neighbours' 2 streets away.😳

Does the black Mustang convertible get the same care and attention against rocket fire and fallout?

If you are going to use a car cover, make sure both the car and inside of the cover are completely clean and dry and free of grit and dirt (is the inside of the cover soft lined?) if not, there’s a risk of paintwork swirling;
  • when putting the cover on the car or taking it off
  • in windy conditions from movement / flapping of the cover against the car’s paintwork if the cover isn’t a snug fit.
Hope your car survives the Next Heavy Bombardment unscathed 🙂🤞.

If a hot firework falls on that it might just set fire to the cover and do more damage. I always had a thick canvas cover with soft lining to protect my bike, before I bought a lockup to protect it.

Thanks SRGTD,

Yes, Betty has her own cover.

Yes, cars covers will be clean and tightly wrapped.

Fingers crossed for a strong north easterly breezes early November 😁.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find a real heavy duty cover but, I have a cunning plan...

...Pre wet it with the hose. 👍
