Accelerator Pedal Vibrates

Had the TSR Manifold fitted Wednesday by a custom exhaust company and noticed at 6000 revs the accelerator pedal vibrates like crazy, I know they took the inlet manifold off so could they have not put something on tidy?

Dave,

Did the manifold fit straight on without problems?
Would it fit to my Miltek CAT - probably be welded on?
Does it make the general exhaust "louder" in sound?
Did it make any difference to the power at any rev range?

Nope you gotta do some minor mods with a hummer (they didn't do it enough and knocks when it's a full car and change gear quickly)

Should fit the Miltek CAT, it's designed for the standard cat but I'm guessing you have the buckets on the Miltek.

The exhaust does sound a bit different (not much) and screams at 4K+

Yes, the engine revs much better at 4K and it's like an extra kick... I think it's much better now.

Anyone know why the pedal vibrates?

It maybe rattling due to the new part of exhaust not being
modded enough.
i think the mainfold maybe rattling against the chassis or something.

I would take it for a long spin making it rattle as much as you can, and then park up, jack up the car, open bonnet and spend a good few minutes looking around engine bay and underneith car.
try and look out for brand new, shiny type marks on the new manifold and the car around the manifold.
If there is some scracthes or dents or even a slight mark - then it could be the exhaust hitting somewhere.
Thats one thing to eliminate.

but it just does it on the pedel, if it was against the chassis then the floor wud vibrate to, wouldn't it?
