acceleration is too slow and other problems

hi...the first thing l want to say that my english is very poor. l am from lithuania and at the monent l have a seat leon 1,6 SE W-reg. l have a problem with my car it is "eating" way too much fuel and the 1,6 engine feels like its 1,3!!!. the mileage is high 135000 but l really dont beleive that it would make such a difirence. l already changed spark plugs and MAF sensor- but no difirence . allmost every time when l chage the gear from first to second(aprox 3500 rpm) it seems like engine is thinking for a part of a second and then it goes. hopefully you will understand what l tried to explain and thanks for all answers and advices...

coilpack?

split hose somewhere, will cause overfuelling...check pipework

what do you mean pipework? it is usuall 8 valve non turbo engine.

check for any split pipes in the engine bay

today l checked all pipes and changed the coilpack and the problem is still there.... anyone with advice please???
