abs problem

hi ive got an ibzia mk3 sport and it came up with a fault code in the abs 01276 hydrolic pump signal output (i think) has any body came across this? plz help cheers rodders

ive read about fuses on top of the battery what sort of fuses are they cus there are 4 wires going up and then 2 on them have these 2 thin metal strips wich are twised and the other 2 dont, could these be a fuse???? cheers rodders

i took out a red fuse under the bonnet next 2 the battery, and wiggled some wires, drove it bout 10 mile the light never came on, turned the car off and back on drove it back 10 miles still not on, got back in car bout 10 min and was back on again, ne body got any ideas??? cheers rodders

the metal strips are fuses

use a multimeter to test the connection is easiest

i think i may of had this to rodders, when braking and say you hot a small bump in the road etc do you get feedback through the brake pedal?? feels like a judder and grind??

i did once but i ve just put some new fuses in and it seems ok so far

think ive got same prob as you rodders but i found it on vag com when bigd did a scan for me, the fault code hasnt come back but the prob is still there, would i need to do what rodders has done or do i need to do something different seeming as i have a leon????

i changed the 2 green fuses on top of the battery, alought they didnt look blown one of the blades were a bit back, i changed it and hasnt come on since (3 days)

Green fuses on top of the battery - am i missing something? any chance of a photo... thanks i have this bloody 01276 issue to.
