Car has had Revo stage 1 and a Forge twintake.

Before it did go completely tits, it did occasionlly drop power for a fraction of a second under constant speed/acceleration.

Any comments or help would be greatly appreciated

I've had a similar thing for ages. I can pretty much make a slight misfire occure during acceleration in 4th around 3500-5000 revs (which i'm presuming is maximum load). no codes on vag com.

Today however i got a ecu light flashing at me. Vag com revealed multiple misfire and cylinder 1 misfire.

I rekon i have a dodgy coil pack or plug, similar set up to you too.......might be worth whipping your plugs out for a check as the first prt of call.

Sorry should have updated i replaced all the coil packs and spark plugs since which ye solved the immediate problem but my car still has an erratic misfire and has been in awesome gti for nearly 5 weeks trying to identify the problem they think its an air leak somewhere and investigating further.

Unfortunatly i know of a few standard 60/11 plate cupra tsi and S3 tsi's who have had the exact same ideling and missfiring problems from new. One of the boys with the S3 have threatend the dealers to get it sorted or they can have the car back as it is only 7 weeks old :-o
