why bother paying the expense of the pc when you can buy silverline rotary polishers in local motorfactors here for 34 quid and they are every bit as good if not better (as they are a little more abrasive if needed). 6 speeds though it can be run in between speed markers also.

I looked when i was in Naples Florida and couldnt find anywhere local. Autodetailingsolutions.com will post to your hotel, but you then have to get it on the plane and past US Customs (best of luck with that one)......

I got mine from Thepolishingcompany.co.uk based in Norfolk £210 ish...

PS. IMO I wouldnt touch a Rotary Polisher unless you know what you are doing or you'll get hologram hell :(

I'm not telling anyone off! If Brendy gets good results with a £34 silverline thing, good luck to him. But put it this way, I believe you get what you pay for and given the choice I'd pay £170 again for my Metabo any day of the week ;)

Most people can learn to use anything - PC, rotary whatever. But the rotary is not a pick it up and get great results instantly, as Rob says holograms are just one issue and probably the least of your worries if you feck it up.

A PC is a relatively safe & easy to use machine that can achieve great results. The rotary can achieve slightly better results, slight faster and a fair bit easier with practice, or it can be the first step on the ladder to new paintwork.
