Second thing, does anyone know or ever heard of anyone selling the front light pods like on the f2 rally cars:

never seen the light pods for sale might be worth trying to find some European company who help build kit cars cos the F2 ibiza's still race!

sure the other stuff does look like sound deadening.

Yeah, that's sound proofing. It is surprisingly heavy - a sort of tar like substance soaked into fabric. To remove you need a hot air gun (the thing you strip paint with) - you can get one from B&Q or Argos for about £15. Heat up the soundproofing and scrape it off with a scraper. Be careful not to melt any of the wires in the vicinity as those guns can get quite hot. When you've got most of the stuff off you can clean up with some white spirit or turpentine on a rag to get rid of the last of the tar.

My morettes only actually use one of the lights. side and full beam come from the same light. the other does nothing =-(

how do you get it thorough the mot then ive just forked out nearly 200 quid for 2 new low beam lights to get it through the mot
