I replaced my rear brakes today and while I had the car in the air I noticed a few minor things that need sorting but i'm struggling with a few of the options.

My car is a Y (2001) cupra.

I need front anti roll bar bushes but don't know how to find what size I have (options are 0AE/0AL but I dont have the sticker in the boot, i hgave found one loose kicking about in my servie pack but in the codes it doesnt have either of them (Ill write them all out at the end)

I also need a rear shock absorber but cant tell what suspension I have (options 1JD, 1JC, 1JB, 1JE) again none of these appear to be in the PR codes.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

My sticker is as follows. (0 could be O, B could be 8)

I'd like to see how much the alternatives are really, got my sensible 'overdrawn bank- stop buying stuff' head on lol

Maybe I'll call a Seat parts and see if they can tell me, or guess I could also see if i can see the part number on the roll bar and shock and compare them to the part numbers on vagcat. Hate speaking to Seat parts, always find them to be ignorant on the phone.

Mark, try calling David at Seremotors (forum sponsor), the total opposite to what you have experienced with other Seat parts guys.
Alternatively you could buy second hand shocks
