hi, got my leon a week ago after owning a mk4 golf for a year

i got a 1.6s "51" leon in black magic

-so far its got 18" oz superturismo alloys which i need to get seat caps for any ideas??

-its also lowered 60mm all round on ebicah suspension sori if the spelling is wrong

-and its got tints all round and a private plate L30N MG which will be up sale soon if theres any1 intrested..

i was just wondering what else i should do too it? maybe red brake calipers? change interior?

and also was wondering whats in the 73K service, and when would the timing belt be changed normally, thanks alot ppl hope you can help and il get some pictures up soon..

welcome to the family mate. i'm not too sure about whats needed for the service but it sounds like your car has some good mods on it already. maybe you could get the engine breathing a bit better with a free flowing air filter and decent exhaust. that should give you a bit more poke and an all round nicer sounding car. :)

s3 strut brace, fabia wiper, s2000 ariel.....hmmm, what else? perhaps a couple of small turbos for some real kickass power? :)

also, the timing belt def. needs to be checked NOW! i think the 60k service it when it first needs to be checked. at 73k i would probably be changing it anyway just for saferty sake, you dont want it snapping!

If it's covered 73k miles, treat it to a good professional detail. That will really bring it to life and will improve the looks more than any mod :)

Will also help you keep it looking good in the future

you've said that you're getting a LCR exhaust, i doubt it'll fit as its for a turbocharged car with different catalytic converters to your 1.6. you'd probably be better off buy a system specific to your car or getting a powerflow type system made.
