just had my cam belt and water pump changed!
£89.00 for cam belt and about £60.00 for water pump, but you get £30.00 back when you return the old one (from dealers in leicester)
My mate changed it for me and only charged me £70.00!
Is that good?
Oh yeah, g12 coolant from dealers £6.78(1.5l):D

yeah that sounds good i think jabba charge £245 inc vat for the cambelt then an extra £50 for the recommended water pump change.
and my local dealer charge £240-50 plus vat then the water pump so barley £200 for the lot is good from what i can tell mate!

I just paid £420 to have the whole lot done (water pump, tensioners, aux belt etc), so yes, I would say a good price

stealers obviously charge two hours for the work maybe a bit more as i think the average is now towards £80 per hour so its best to use your mate if he's up for it i know i will now i've read this

Had mine done earlier at the dealer in stoke, just for the cam belt replacement £301 plus brake fluid service and standard 20.000 service came to 500. Think you got a good deal there, whilst i was raped.
