6000 mile service warning message?

I have a 2005 Leon from new and just crossed 6000 miles. Now each time I turn the engine on I get a service message. I thought the first service was 10,000 miles or 1 year on a petrol Leon (FR)...? or is there another service/check-up at 6000 miles too??

I suspect it wasn't set properly when the Stealer did the PDI... should think it's anything to worry about. Do a search and you'll find out how to reset it

yeah I know how to reset it - but wasn't sure if there was an interim service/oil top up/change kinda thing before 10K. Cheers

Nope, no interim. PDI reset the miles but not the service schedule by the sound of it.
