5-month 3400KM Formentor 360 Camera Black Screen

Hi guys,

This morning, I've come across a 360 camera problem in my new formentor. When I switch to reverse gear and park slowly, suddenly all camera views vanish and get black, but proximity sensors work properly. After that happens, I restart the parking assist, and all camera views come back. This is the third time I had this problem in 5 months.

Do any of you know how to solve this issue?

Tried resetting the colour calibration out of interest? Seems like software bug if it's working then not.

Resetting parking assist works but it is troublesome to do while parking. My software version is 1940 by the way.

There is a restore factory settings option, maybe something has gotten to a bad state and a full reset will help?
