I've been having a problem with the rear axle not working for a few weeks now. OBDEleven says mechanical damage number C111307. The mechanic changed the oil and cleaned the pump and the filter. He lifted the car, checked if the 4 wheels were spinning and returned it to me ready for use. After two days it snowed, I went to an empty square. I turned off the esc and the rear wheels do not work again and the front of the vehicle goes beyond the arc. I checked obdeleven and it throws the same error. help please

I like the recommendation to agitate the settled out debris with compressed air and a little fresh oil, that was what had planned to do when servicing the (front) eDiff - same issue with debris settling down/out and being left after the fluid has been drained out.
I have a compressed air vacuum tool for brake fluid etc, that might help getting the debris out as well, I might be back onto doing this task after buying an alloy ramp system, time will time if access is now enough! Plus due to a mess up with the delivery of the first container of fluid (seller refunded me), then I bought another container which was delivered okay - then, I went chasing the first but missing container, which my first seller should have done back in early November, that lost/missing parcel was found and delivered mid January, so no problems for me concerning using some fresh fluid to try to flush out the Haldex sump.
