Will I have to remove my BMC air box and replace it with the original to keep my warranty in-tact, then replace it when I get home or will the dealer not care? Also my front tyres are on the wear limiter only just. Is this MOT worthy?

re mot... as a mot tester, it depends how bad they are tread wise. but is a good idea to get them sorted asap for the mot. i would remove bmc coz they may get bit moody about the warranty! any excuse to not do something under warranty.

Yeah ditto that. For the tyres if they are that close they will tell you you run the risk very soon of having under depth tread (i.e. less than £1k left on them). I would always replace mine when I think they are near the limit just in case and also I like to know there is decent tread there should I need it.

Be very careful with the warranty. I have been told do not let any dealer even suspect you have a mod or you run the risk, let alone leaving the air box mod in when service is being done.

Just my thoughts but I'd say not worth the risk on both.

some may say lala land....
is it not 3yrs or 60k which ever comes first and the warranty has ended. So if have reached the 3yr, then i wouldn't worry about removing the BMC as out of warranty anyway.
and deffo get the tyres sorted, bit silly driving on near limit tread as may fail MOT and if can't redo in same garage within 24hrs will have to fork out MOT cost again to have re-tested.

Yes you are right it is 3 years/60,000k miles. No probs if your car goes over this.

Mind you someone at Humphris Oxford told me it was 30,000 or 36,000 miles!!! I looked into it and that was wrong. I was worried for a day or so as my car is knocking on into that territory!
