no one seems to list a 4 branch manifold for my 98 cordoba sx, its a 2.0 8v, am i right in thinking its the same as the old golf gti 8v engine, if thats the case then a 4branch for one of thoes would fit but does anyone know if it comes out underneath in line with the cordoba exhaust system???????? help please

2.0 8v SX?

If it is, it's one of the rarer SX's ;) IIRC there were 4 types of SX made: 2.0 16v (common), 2.0 8v (rare), 1.6 8v (common), 1.9 TDi (rare).

On topic...... I 'think' the 2.0 8v used in the Cordy is the same as the one in the Ibiza (2E or AGG engine code), therefore I 'think' that a downpipe designed for the same engine'd Mk3 Golf, might fit the Cordoba.

Unfortunatley, due to the 2.0 8v Cordy being quite rare, I don't think there is going to be anyone else who's tried it, so you're going to have to try it and see unfortunatley!

Be interested in the results though.....

have been looking at getting parts from a company called js raid, the guy that owns it use to work for piper from what i know, products are suposed to be of a high quality but at competitive prices, for the money its worth a try, am also looking at an air intake and cam kit to go with it and then a custom exhaust system, i dont want it too loud as i like doing track days and want to pas the 90db noise limit that some days have
