3rd Gear noise!!!!

Right people i am in need of some help!! 1st gear good, 2nd gear good, 3rd gear ok till i take my foot of the power and start to slow down after a few secounds i get a grinding kinda noise all the way down, if i dip the clutch the noise goes, lift it again guess what the noise comes back. 4th, 5th & 6th gear good,
Does any know what the noise could be?

common fault on 6 speed box, mine does aswel and most others with over 60k on clock i think. when summer comes i am going to strip box down to try and locate fault. i personally think it maybe a 3rd gear syncro fault or possibly a bearing fault.

Am i ok driving with the fault???? 59k on the clock typical!!

i think so yeh. Well i am till i have money to fix it. Obviously if it gets worse then stop.
