yep very easy da way i did mine was went down to the stealers asked for a print out quote for a flip key (they are silly money at stealers around £130+ i was quoted) you will then have the key part number printed if you don't already have the part number. i did that then went and had a look on ebay picked up the key from there with the matching part number for around £20ish. get it cut from a local locksmith. programming is very easy have a search on here loads of info. once programmed you need to remove the transponder from the old key i found it easy to use some luke warm water to remove the transponder from the old key as this was glued in. once out just pop it in the new flip key and way you are :funk: remember that to put the transponder in the flip key you will need to remove the small badge and under there is a small screw which when u undo will release the 2 parts for the transponder to be placed remember the flip key is on a spring and not to loose it. hope this helps:whistle:

For two flip fob keys (like I have) you obviously need to have two transponders. But to get a new transponder matched to your car you have to take it to the dealers. Can't remember how much it was...about £30 I think.

Then you can delock your doors and not worry if you lose one of the keys. The other will work the same.

Make sure you have a good lock smith near you as ive got my key already to go (had it about 6 months now!) and the first two locksmiths i went too said they couldnt do audi/seat keys as they didnt have the tools. Went to seat and they wanted £50 to cut it! Im sure it cant be hard to cut, maybe they were just sh1t locksmiths!
