Hi, I’m currently running a stage 1 remap on my 2020 Leon Cupra 290 and wanting to go to stage 2.

I know I’m needing an Induction Kit, Turbo Muffler Delete, intercooler and a downpipe. I’m going to get the scorpion sports cat downpipe, but other than that I’m not sure what other brands/parts to go for.
I know the racing line stuff is going to be the best R600 Intake system etc. but do I really need to spending that much when I’m not going to be doing anymore upgrades after this stage 2.

So basically wondering if anyone knows, what are the cheapest parts I can go for that can comfortably handle stage 2 and I won’t have any issues with. Don’t want cheap parts that can’t handle it, just don’t want to be spending more than I need.

Any advice is appreciated.

Hi Jake,

Induction kit: depends if you want louder induction noises or not.
a) For louder noise I would recommend K&N Induction kit and a Pro Hoses Induction hose
b) For less noise, MST is good value for money (I think you can also keep the lid off for more induction noises)
c) If you have the money and performance is the focus, than Eventuri Induction kit is what I'd recommend (I'm not sure what induction hose can be used with this kit)

Turbo Muffler Delete: Airtec and Racingline are good. I think Do88 has a bigger diameter which might make it slightly better.

Intercooler: Do88 with big boost pipe kit is the best In my opinion.

Just wondering if you got round to doing this? And if you upgraded the brakes at all?
