2016 style lights (fog & plate)

Hi all,

Recently i changed on my ibiza 1.0 2016 style edition the main lights to xenon canbus. Now i want to change the fog lights and the licence plate light but i am not 100% sure what to order. Fog lights are automatically turning on when you are turning and its pretty annoying

I've seen here the article about it but since the post was from 2010 i wasnt 100% sure it was it. Anyone can help?
