2001 Seat Leon TDI SE - Waterleak?

hi, a friend of mine has a seat leon which i am interested in buying but i we noticed the other day that it leaks water into the footwell,

but dont know how it got there - asked a few people they say its a common fault - is that true?

can anyone elaborate?

door seals seem to be a major issue that most people get.
If it's under warranty the dealerships normally replace these.

nah its not under warranty, any idea how much they cost to repair?

Its very very common. Nothing to worry about. Have a search on here as there is a DIY guide to fix.
