I fancy a change of wheels on the LCR as everyone seems to run standard. I like to be different and Ive always wanted the Compo TH2 Integrale style, i.e. motorsport style. The problem is they only come in 17in.

My car is quite low so I dont think going to 17in would be that bad plus the ride would be a little better.

Anybody done this or got a pic of an LCR on 17in?

Looking at 8x17in - http://www.comp.co.uk/wheels/popup.asp?wheel=90

Im only after the TH2's. Just wondering if anybody had a photo of any 17in fitted to see if they will look too small.

Telford ay it...
I really dont think stepping down a size would to the LCR justice, how about some 19" BBS CH's or even the compomotive cheaper alternative

BBS would be ideal but they are mega bucks. The Compo 18in are quite nice but Ive always had a soft spot for the TH2's purely because I love the Delta Integrale's. Dont really like the multispoke 18in Compo's.

Gotta love the HF Integrale - I'd crawl over broken glass to have one. The wheels, however, should stay with that.....

Stick with the 18s - just with a different design.

In my worthless opinion. That is....

as said above, 18" suit the leon better.
17" may not fit in anycase due to the brembo calipers. Some 18" dont fit without spacers!
However, you may be able to get 17" to fit dependant on style and some big spacers. However you can move the wheels out much from standard and still be legal. (tyre tread needs to be contained within wheel arch when wheels are straight).

One benefit is that 17", if possible, may give a nice ride.
