after finding out one of the rear calipers are siezed and fitting brand new ones all round with new pads/discs and new hoses upon bleeding found an abs solenoid stuck on another circuit
stripped a 2000 toledo unit (same apart from the ecu part) all fitted and new pipes as they break on every hose every time you touch one
thats 3 days done pi$$in about
one test drive all sorted at last wahey
pulls up at home and the remote locking has stopped now locking works ok and remote flashes and blips the 5 to sequence in but no joy - ill try a battery monday i guess
oh WHAT JOY - this thing is destined to always have at least 1 fault i swear
as soon as i hear it change tone at 4k rpm i smile and realise it is all worth it in the end - shame i'm deaf in one ear
