Just wondering if anyone could tell me what I should be looking at getting done/checked at my 100k service?

Is this time to look at waterpumps and belts etc?

wanting to get the car back to running like new :D

Yeah I believe they were done at 50ish. Wasn't sure when to do them again though.

Other than that I take it its all fluids and filters?

ok thanks. Thats not as much as I was thinking then.

Any recommendations as to when plugs/leads should be done?

Also things like power steering fluid, coolant and gearbox oil?

Plugs & leads?

This is the TDI section. If you have plugs & leads then you's in the wrong place mush....:D

Gearbox oil is "for life" but nowt to be lost by changing now if you're that way inclined. Good idea in my opinion.

yep agreed with viking here nothing more to do on TDIs, just keep those oil and filter changes done regularly. Depending on when it was last done change the fuel filter as well, best do it every 20k. And chuck some redex in and all should be good for another 100k.
