allards or jabba mate or seat,

if you get the pd160 intake and seat sport fmic or forge fmic coupled with a miltek full system with decat and a remap you could be looking at a good 140bhp maybe more i dont know how the 100ps tunes but thats what i would do and maybe eventually change the injectors and turbo for a pd160 turbo that should all work together nicely

I assume this is the TDI 100 - if so a remap should easily see 130+ bhp without adding a FMIC, exhaust or changing anything like that.

if it's a 100 petrol as in your profile you have no chance with a remap, remaps on normally aspirated engines have little or no affect

so you are looking at an exhaust/intake/filter dont forget de-cat will fail the MOT on a petrol engine !

the best power gain IMO will come from a new cams if there are any for the 1.4 failing that I have had good results in the past from fitting a lightened flywheel...............

other things to look at are removing the rear seats and spare wheel to improve the power to weight ratio

It wont make the car hugely faster, but it should be more responsive and a lot smoother throughout the rev range :)
