1.6 SX Temp Gauge

Temp gauge isn't working, presuming i need a new temp sender?

Anybody know which i need? GSF search returns:

TEMP SENSOR-2 PIN BLK/GRN
TEMP SENSOR-4 PIN BLACK
TEMP SENSOR-4 PIN BLK/YEL
TEMP SENSOR-2 PIN BLUE

brand new one fitted week before like i told you

just runs cold,leave it ticking over and it soon climbs up

Yeah i remember you saying but sometimes i can drive it all day and it doesn't move. Could've been a faulty one so just gonna try a new one to rule it out.

once i fitted the new one the mpg went better so the old one must have been faulty
when you pull up at home let it tickover for a few mins,it will go to half way

will ring you next week,got them other bits ready for you
