No point getting k03s without a cat back exhaust really.

For 1500 Id say get a cat back exhaust from blueflame (new), forge 007p dv (second hand), green cone filter new from badger5, laguna intercooler from ebay or second hand on here with new piping, remap but PTorque seems good for the £ if your close enough and whatever you have left put towards some good brakes (brembo 280 discs with ds2500 pads etc) or suspension (coilovers) unless you have crap tyres which if you do get them or the power wont get put down.

Edit- Oh and rear spacers!

k03s £200 , panel filter £30 - £40 , turbo back exhaust Blue flame £550 , forge tip £100 or thereabouts , laguna fmic , decent tyres , 007 re circ , re map

A mk2 cupra :p

What modifications have already been done?

Thinking its standard i would get:
25mm front neuspeed Anti roll bar, £150
28mm rear " " " " £150
Brembo 305mm four pots (saw a set for circa £300 recently)
Coilovers £500
4 toyo t1-r's £200 fitted
£200 in surplus kitty for things going wrong (which they will)

Just get a good cone filter from badger5. Dynatwist is a waste of money as is BMC. Lots of people have moved from them to open cone or taken the heat shield off. You get a better dump valve sound with open cone aswell.

You should get a turbo back exhaust not just cat back as the down pipe is very restrictive.

If you already have brembos and good tyres then you can get a new Blueflame turbo back exhaust for £600ish, used forge 007p for £50ish, new green open cone filter from badger5 for £50ish, laguna intercooler setup and piping for £200, remap from PTorque for £300ish, rear spacers from badger5 for £100ish. Which leaves £200 towards coilovers which should be about £500. Then once you have some more money you can get the coilovers and lastly get anit-roll bars which are about £300. Prob better to get the coilovers and anti-roll bars fitted at the same time as you will only need allignment done once then.

Obviously it costs to get all this stuff fitted but some of it you can do yourself.

Blueflame do them off the shelf. Phone them. Going k04 is a right pain as you need a different downpipe, manifold, modified oil+water lines etc so most people dont bother for that and the cost as its way out of your budget. Laguna is front mount yes there is a guide on here on how to do it.
