woosh/shh noise

hello all, i have recently bought an 05 lcr and before ive even had the chance to introduce myself ive got a problem with her. two days ago i noticed that when i accelerate upto about 3.5k and then ease off the throttle i can hear a noise coming from the engine bay on the passenger side...
