wireless charging

Hello, does anyone knows what part number of wireless charger mat with vent holes in it? It’s from facelifted version. Want to replace existing one with 3P0035502 which has 15W and fan (if not mistaken it should be play and plug). and maybe also somebody knows which part number new design door...
