Iv been searching and cant find what im looking for? is there a guide on here on how to smooth the bumpers and plastic weld im thinking of gettin a second hand bumper and havin a go at this myself anyone done this themselves?- cupra collins

Plastic Welding!
Anyone know an easy way to plastic weld the hole left by the bumpstrips on the MK3 cupra?? ive seen a couple of arosas that have been done but not sure how to do it myself! ive got a old cupra bumper laying around so i will experiment! Any ideas??? Thanks!- A.m.C_Ibiza1

Wishbone Seam Welding??
Just thought I'd ask before jumping in and doing it, at the moment the Cupra's wishbones are currently spot welded together in all the places marked with a red dot on this picture; There is around 30mm's gap between each spot weld, now I was thinking where the two plates meet, welding a...- Craig!

Bolt instead of welding clutch pedal?
has any one drilled the pedal and bolted through instead of re-welding the pedal? reason i ask is i have no way of getting it welded back up... done a search seen one person done it which gave me the idea, couldnt find much else...- ian_jobson
