Voice-dial with Factory Fit Bluetooth?

I've got the factory-fit bluetooth stereo and a Motorola V3i. Anyone know how to get voice dialling to work without manually adding contacts to the stereo's phonebook? After searching the forum, I found that I needed to copy all my phone contacts to the phone (they were on the SIM before)...
